Viewing

You can make an appointment to view the house that you saw on the Houserenting Company website.

Roadmap:

1) You must be registered for a viewing. A viewing of a home is always without obligation and free of charge.

2) You can make an appointment to view several properties that are offered. This can also be done during the weekend and in the evenings!

3) If you want to rent a home, Houserenting Company will introduce you to the landlord of the property.

Landlords will ask about your income situation. Houserenting Company asks you to provide your income details and a valid ID. We can then draw up the rental agreement for you. We need the following information from you.

For private individuals: Valid ID, recent pay slips and copy of an employment contract.

For self-employed entrepreneurs: Latest IB declaration and recent Chamber of Commerce extract with valid proof of identification of the authorized signatories of the company in question.

When you register, we provide your data to Economic Data Resources BV (EDR). EDR will provide advice on your creditworthiness based on this information. EDR uses your data to investigate your creditworthiness and contact details.
